Texture Treatment
Silky super dreape
Super silky drape treatment is a process which gives chemical fiber, cotton, and rayon an extra softness over the typical treatment's luxury feeling.
Compared to the treatment which only uses regular softener, our special micro-kneading machine creates a light fabric, smooth texture, and draping which the softener alone could never produce. This treatment is especially useful when you want a soft feeling on thin fabric.
RE:LASH <Special tumbler treatment>
This is a special treatment, for both natural materials and mixed synthetic fibers, which creates a relaxed look and a crushed feel by use of a tumbler machine.
This is different from the treatments which rely on chemicals, RE:LASH gives fabric an original, super-soft feeling and moderate fluffiness by putting it through our unique special tumbler machine, which forces fabric onto the collision plate at a speed of about 60km/hour. It allows the customer to select an additional finishing touch, such as processes to produce a no-wrinkle flat finish, or a washed-out texture with remnant small wrinkles.
RE:LASH is a special treatment for both natural materials (cotton, hemp, rayon, wool or silk) and mixed synthetic fibers, which creates a relaxed look and a crushed feel by use of a tumbler machine.
PRISALA
RISALA is a treatment for both natural and chemical fibers that produces a higher ranking, high quality material. It gives material a softness and fluffiness, a high resilience after being held in the hand, and results in drapes similar to high quality silk. This is Takahashi Rensen Corporation's original special-texture treatment, which was developed to create highly resilient, soft, silk-like drapes without slickness, the likes of which has never been produced before.
Petit Elegance
This is a special treatment to give knit fabric a super-soft touch without slickness, which has never been before been accomplished, and also gives perfect draping without losing texture. This special-texture treatment elevates knits to a higher rank of texture.
This special treatment is achieved by not only using our original, special chemical, but by modifying the processing time according to the thickness of the fibers. This effect lasts even after washing the fabric.
This treatment was originally used only on 100% cotton, but it has evolved and been developed for use with cotton mixed material, hemp, and for knits such as rayon.
WPS <Water proof soft treatment>
This is a special treatment which makes water-repellent fabric soft, without losing the water-proof effect.
This can be used for chemical or natural fibers and jerseys.
eco Finish - TYPE-R
This is a special treatment which was developed by our company just for textiles dyed with Dyestone Color (see below). It creates a texture that is soft to the touch, and produces a full, thick appearance with nice drapes, which could not be achieved by ordinary pigment printing. This can be used for all types of fibers, such as chemical or natural fibers and knits.
By adding RE:LASH (special tumbler treatment) to eco Finish, it gives a super-soft feeling of fluffiness.
Dyestone color is a product that uses micro-capsule technology, which was developed by the Matsui Shikiso Chemical Co., LTD. It does not use regular pigments or dyes, but utilizes a unique third system of textile dyeing. Normal methods of dyeing require complex processes, such as steaming, soaping and fixing. This causes environmental impacts such as CO2 output and a high volume of water usage. Dyestone color is an environmentally friendly, energy saving product. Compared to ordinary dye system, the CO2 output is 37% less, and water usage is 41% less.
silpro <silk amino acid treatment>
Using a domestic, natural silk protein, this treatment gives natural or synthetic fibers a high level of softness. It is superior at holding moisture and warmth.

- Silk protein contains sericin, which is very similar to the moisturizing element of human skin. Sericin is a protein which surrounds the fibroin of silk fibers. It contains 18 types of amino acids that are the same as humans', especially the very important serine amino acid, which is a moisturizing component.
